Video glitch effect for character portrait

UI material created to add final layer of video glitch effect to the character portrait in Front Mission 3 fan art remake in UE4. Animated portrait is send to the material every frame through Retainer Box. There a few masks (flickering moving bars and gradients keeping the effect in the middle) determine where portrait shows up with offset.
